☘️Are your candles harmful to my health?
No. We use a natural blend of soy wax and white beeswax, which burns cleaner and gentler than paraffin. Our candles are also made with phthalates-free, CMR-free scents, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind.

We currently ship orders to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Italy, and Spain.
Estimated standard delivery times:
Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
France, Austria: 3–5 business days
Italy, Spain: 4–6 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination city and courier service. We only deliver to mainland addresses within the above countries. Overseas territories, islands, and remote regions are not eligible for delivery at this time.You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
We do not currently offer shipping outside the listed destinations. If your country is not on the list, please contact us before placing an order.

🕯 Why doesn’t my candle melt all the way to the edges?
This is completely normal, especially during the first few burns. It’s called “tunneling” and often happens when a candle hasn’t burned long enough for the wax pool to reach the container’s edges. To prevent this, we recommend allowing the candle to burn for 2–4 hours during the first use so the top layer melts evenly. Some tunneling may still occur with natural soy wax, but it won’t affect the candle’s scent or burn time—you’ll still enjoy the full experience.

🔥Why is my herbal Palo Santo stick producing black smoke?
This is a normal occurrence and usually happens when the flame burns too strongly or the stick contains natural resins. To reduce black smoke, light it briefly, blow out the flame so it smolders with thin white smoke, and store it in a cool, dry place.

🔙Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s). We will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
