How long does my order take to ship?

Every item at Hesperide Bliss is crafted with heartfelt care in my small, one-woman studio. I pour intention into each piece, and I truly appreciate your understanding as I ensure each order meets my quality standards. Rest assured, I work diligently to prepare and dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Non-wholesale orders are lovingly packed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. As a solo artisan, I focus on quality and detail, so I thank you for your patience while I prepare your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently ship orders to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Italy, and Spain.

Estimated standard delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2–4 business days

  • France, Austria: 3–5 business days

  • Italy, Spain: 4–6 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination city and courier service. We only deliver to mainland addresses within the above countries. Overseas territories, islands, and remote regions are not eligible for delivery at this time.

What is your return policy? 

At Hesperide Bliss, each item is lovingly handcrafted and sourced from nature. Slight variations in color, pattern, or arrangement may occur and are not considered defects. Accordingly, we accept returns or exchanges only for quality issues or incorrect shipments, within 14 days of receipt (Art. 6:230f–6:230j BW).

1. Variations & Non-Returnable Conditions

Because our products are handmade and natural, minor differences from the photos—such as hue, texture, or arrangement—are normal. These do not qualify for return or exchange.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Quality or Wrong Item Only)

Under Dutch law, you may cancel for quality defects or wrong items within 14 days of receipt (Art. 6:230f BW). To withdraw, email hesperidebliss@gmail.com before the period expires (Art. 6:230g BW).

3. Returning Eligible Goods

Deadline: Ship back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice (Art. 6:230o BW).

Condition: Unused, in original packaging.

Cost: You cover return postage, unless we sent the wrong or defective item (Art. 6:230j BW).

4. Refunds & Replacements

We will refund or resend an item within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment, using your original payment method (Art. 6:230j BW).

5. Exceptions to Withdrawal

No withdrawal right for: Custom or personalized goods (Art. 6:230o (2) BW).
